August 2007 New Myers Company Website – In an effort to improve communication with clients, suppliers, prospective customers and the general public, Myers Company, Inc. contracted with Creative Avenue , Nashville , Tennessee to redevelop and improve the company's website. This will be a joint and on-going project as we strive to make doing business with Myers simple and efficient.
January 2007 New Enterprise Accounting, Estimating and Resource Planning Software System(s). After researching many options, Myers Company, Inc. partnered with The Strategies Group, Atlanta , Georgia to acquire, install and implement Sage Timberline Office for Commercial Contractor, Sage Software. This provided Myers with a fully integrated Financial and Operations Software platform improving efficiency, project management, estimating, purchasing and the overall speed of our businesses.
December 2006 New Enterprise and LAN Server. Myers Company, Inc. purchased and deployed a new leading edge, enterprise Dell Server System with Dual Duo Core Xeon Processors and RAID 5 Data Protection. Our Information Systems power puts Myers at the forefront of Plumbing Companies nationwide and positions our business to efficiently handle our customer's needs. This makes Myers Company, Inc. the best selection for our current and prospective customers in need of a commercial plumbing contractor. Myers believes planning is fundamental to our success and thus our extensive Business Systems Plan dictates this server will efficiently serve our business for three years and then be replaced with a new leading edge system.
December 2006 New E-mail and Internet Server. To protect Myers enterprise server systems we have separated and isolated all external communication and information functions to a stand alone Server System. Our new Dell E-mail and Internet Server insure optimum security, speed and capabilities for all of Myers Systems.
January 2006 New Myers Company, Inc. headquarters. On January 28 th , 2006 Myers Company, Inc. moved from its home of 25 years at 6594 Highway 100, Nashville , Tennessee to a new 10,000 Square Foot office building located at 2711 Foster Avenue , Nashville , Tennessee 37210 |
